My blue bottles.....

When I started planning my blog (remember the red notebook?) I knew I wanted to do a post on my blue bottles.  What could be so interesting about a couple of bottles?  Well, I ♥ them and they were given to me by someone very special.

My Grandma is 92 and as a little girl, I would always tell her how much I loved her blue bottles so it was a huge surprise to me that when I went home to Australia for her 90th birthday, she told me I could take them back home to New Zealand with me! (yes, I call both countries home) and I actually cried! (which is no surprise, I'm a sook)  She had remembered that I loved those bottles and she wanted me to have them.  So I carefully wrapped them up and they came to live in Masterton, New Zealand.

They take pride of place on my mantlepiece and every time I look at them, I think of my precious Grandma and all that she has done for me and our huge family.  She is an amazing lady and is an inspiration to me.  I love you Grandma ♥

My blue bottles are just one of the things I love in this world....as I keep blogging, I'll share some more with you.  Hope you're enjoying my ramblings so far!
